What is PeptideCloud?

PeptideCloud is a hosted commerce platform being built specifically for peptide brands. It brings a branded storefront, a shared product catalog, payments, stock management and warehouse fulfillment together. You manage the brand, pricing and customer relationships.

Can I launch my store today?

Not yet. This site introduces the platform while the product and operational workflows are being built. The first release will begin with an invited pilot. Public store creation and checkout are not available on this site.

Do I need to hold my own stock?

The platform is designed to offer shared stock and exclusively reserved inventory. Orders are fulfilled by platform warehouses, with your approved labels and packaging requirements. Exact availability and commercial terms will be confirmed during onboarding.

Can I use my own brand and domain?

Yes, that is central to the platform. The planned storefront lets you use your own logo, colors, fonts, content and connected domain. Your customer-facing identity remains yours, including approved product labels.

How do payments and fulfillment work together?

Customer payments are handled through TeggenPay. Once payment is verified, inventory allocated and order costs covered, eligible orders can move to fulfillment. Funds available for withdrawal follow your payment and settlement terms.

What about testing and product documentation?

The catalog is designed to connect products to batch records and versioned test documents. Approved documentation can be presented on the storefront. Specific testing information depends on the product and batch; this page makes no product-level certification claims.

Where will you ship at launch?

The initial customer market is Europe. Supported countries, product availability, shipping services and costs will be confirmed before stores activate. US customer destinations are outside the initial launch.

Are group buys and the VIP community available?

Group buys, marketing support and the private merchant community are part of the planned expansion. Their availability, scope and plan inclusion will be confirmed separately.

When you join the early access list, PeptideCloud stores your name, email address, optional brand or website, business stage and the time of your consent. We use these details to respond to your interest and share early access and launch updates.

Your details are stored privately on our hosting provider, Railway. They are not displayed publicly or sold. Railway may process technical request information to serve and secure the website.

We use Resend to send your signup confirmation and notify our team of your registration. Resend processes recipient addresses and the details included in those emails to deliver them. Our sender is hello@peptide.cloud.

The public landing page uses Google Analytics to help us understand visits and how the site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage and device information. We do not send the name, email or brand details from the interest form to Google Analytics. The private registration and removal pages do not load analytics.

You can withdraw consent and delete your registration using the private removal link shown after signup. Keep that link for your records. You can also email hello@peptide.cloud to request access, correction or removal. Removing your registration cancels any emails still waiting to be sent; messages already delivered cannot be recalled.

Interest records are retained for up to 12 months, unless you withdraw consent earlier. We will provide account-specific privacy information before store registration.
